Foxy Ink
Deposit Policy
A deposit is required after a consultation (either online or in person) to begin work on a tattoo design and secure the tattoo appointment. The deposit amount varies depending on the size of the tattoo and the artist’s hourly rate. (Hourly rates may vary.)

Deposits are non-refundable.

Upon paying the deposit, it is understood that the tattoo design idea has been communicated to the artist to satisfaction, and the artist’s previous work has been reviewed to confirm their ability to bring the concept to life. Artists will not replicate reference images directly. Tattoo design creation is a subjective process, and variations may occur between the initial concept and the final design. If the finished design does not meet expectations, minor adjustments may be made at the artist’s discretion. However, substantial changes or requests for a completely new design will require a new deposit, with the original deposit being forfeited to cover the artist’s time spent on the initial drawing.

No drawings or drafts will be sent or previewed before the scheduled appointment.

A deposit will also be forfeited in full under the following circumstances:
-
Failure to attend the scheduled tattoo appointment.
-
Cancellation or rescheduling without providing at least 48 hours' notice.
-
Arrival more than 20 minutes late for the tattoo appointment.
-
Rescheduling three or more times for sessions related to the same tattoo, regardless of notice.
-
Failure to reschedule a new appointment within 30 days of a cancelled appointment.
-
Arrival at the appointment without valid government-issued identification.
